- If the screen is black and nothing is showing on the display for more than 5 seconds, swipe the top of the phone from right to left (this is how you go backwards. You should see a small arrow (<) appear as you do this action on the top of the screen) , to go back to the previous screen. Begin again. ( you can also force quit the app and start over if this happens repeatedly).
- To force quit, drag your finger from bottom center to right side of the screen (like sideways “↱”shape). This will reverse the screen so it is upright. Find the senseye mobile app and swipe the senseye mobile app upwards to close it.
- If you receive an upload error after completion, please repeat the process.
- Facing directly into a light or window while taking the task. Please turn away from direct sources of light while running the mobile application.
